Barbora Krejková began playing tennis at the age of six. She began her professional career by reaching the WTA final in doubles with Lucie Hradecka, but she was defeated by Timea Bacsinszky and Kristina Barrois. Barbora earned her maiden WTA 125K title in November 2015, when she partnered up with Mandy Minella at the Open de Limoges, and she has never won it again since. She was eliminated in the first round of the Australian Open and Wimbledon in 2016 when she was unable to make her grand slam debut.
