Ayumu Hirano is a Japanese television personality who holds three Olympic medals in snowboarding and Olympic skateboarding. He is one of the well-established, prominent, and well-known Japanese individuals who has risen to prominence as a result of his outstanding performance in the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. In 2013, he won a silver medal in the superpipe at the Winter X Games XVII.

Ayumu won the silver medal at the age of 14 and became the youngest medalist in X Games history. Later, he won silver medals in the half-pipe at the Winter Olympics in 2014 and again in 2018.
