Dani was admitted to Division 1 Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, and began courting the attention of several other students and faculty members in the collegiate program. Dami participated as a Bulldog for Butler in cross country, indoor track & field, and outdoor track & field her entire freshman year. However, she was suffering from knee problems, which became one of the greatest roadblocks in her career. Later, she decided to concentrate only on her studies and leave the team for the balance of her undergraduate time.
Dani, on the other hand, has always wished to be a successful sports figure since she was a child. She had successful collegiate internships with the Indiana Pacers and the Indianapolis Colts. Later, she began to fantasize about being in a position; she was given the opportunity to fulfill her ambition with the Utah Jazz and, as a result, moved to Salt Lake City after graduating. One of her family acquaintances once suggested she seek a career in sports, particularly paralympic track and field. The thought occurred to her, and she once again prepared herself for the games.

In cross-country skiing and biathlon sports, Dani will swap her shoes for skis. She competed at the Summer Games Tokyo, which turned out to be one of her worst experiences. Even she described her Tokyo experience as a “bad race,” in which she finished sixth in the preliminary heat and was unable to advance to the finals. Dani refers to her participation in the Winter Olympics 2022 as a “Double debut.”
