Tracy Lauren Marrow, better known by his stage name Ice-T, was born on February 16, 1958, in Newark, New Jersey, under the zodiac sign of Aquarius. He is a citizen of the United States.
Ice-T is a rapper, songwriter, actor, and writer, but his rhyming career is what made him most famous.
Ice-T was first reared in Newark by his parents, Alice and Solomon, who were both housewives. Solomon worked as a conveyor belt technician. The family moved to Summit, New Jersey when Ice-T was four years old.
At the age of seven, he saw prejudice for the first time, and he attributes his mother with teaching him how to avoid letting other people’s negative affect him. When Ice-T was nine years old, his mother passed away from a heart attack, leaving Solomon to raise Ice-T by himself.
