The announcement was kept under wraps until the massive gossip platform Deuxmoi got wind of it through one of their anonymous sources.
Deuxmoi posted a screenshot of their source’s information on Instagram, which was quickly picked up by Iris herself.
She retweeted the gossip page’s story with yet another surprise announcement for the fans.
Iris began her caption by thanking the gossip page before congratulating her sister and brother-in-law-to-be.

According to The List, Maude and Gage first appeared on the public radar as potential couples in the summer of 2021.
The duo’s Instagram activity contributed to the shift in public opinion.
Maude was the first to share photos of herself with her alleged boyfriend. Several of them featured the two of them being cuddly.
Soon after, the two were spotted flirting in the comments section of their respective Instagram posts.
Gage allegedly gushes frequently about his alleged girlfriend, citing her as “an inspiration” or telling her she’s “so hot.”
The interactions have been far from one-sided.
In a February 2022 post, Maude described Gage as “handsome.” Meanwhile, their loved ones have responded with heart emojis, implying that their relationship is a well-kept secret.
Maude portrays Lexy, the childhood best friend of the show’s lead character Rue, played by Zendaya.
Gage played Tyler, a high schooler who was bullied by school jock Nate Jacobs, in four episodes of season one of the show.
