The patient of Dr. Scott in this week’s episode is a drug dealer. The qualified doctor is then faced with a moral choice between his medical and civilian responsibilities.
There will be a few more cases featured, one of which involves a woman who thinks she has parasites. Dr. Daniel Charles, who is portrayed by Oliver Platt, and Dr.
Vanessa Taylor, who is portrayed by Ashja Cooper, will take care of this case. The brief trailer has numerous sequences, indicating a well-filled episode.
The official synopsis of the episode states that,
Charles and Taylor help a patient who thinks she has parasites, Scott believes his patient is a drug dealer, Halstead must determine how to spend his whistleblower payment, Marcel and Blake are partnered with an egotistical doctor, and Scott must decide how to spend his patient’s money.
The teaser also alludes to trouble for Dr. Crockett Marcel, played by Dominic Rains, and Dr. Blake, played by Sarah Rafferty, when they are paired with a haughty surgeon whose name has not yet been revealed.
