Since none of the Summer House actors mentioned him during the season 6 debut, his absence from the Where’s My Lover, Boy? premiere also drew attention. Luke Gulbranson informed everyone that he will be unable to visit their new holiday home in Southampton due to a family situation.
Gulbranson let Page Six know he wouldn’t be there:

The 38-year-old clarified the situation around his absence by saying:
“I guess dealing with family issues and stuff back in Minnesota at the same time is a huge concern for me,” I’m here to have fun, but I’m also juggling work-related responsibilities like selling my jewelry, attempting to expand my business, and seizing opportunities.
Gulbranson operates a clothing and jewelry company. He made his Bravo debut in season 4 in 2020. Luke has been working to develop his jewelry business since 2018. He sells both his jewelry and both men’s and women’s apparel on his website, R CO.
