Kashton Mir, the couple’s second child, was born on June 24, 2022. Their second child’s birth story isn’t as joyous as it initially appears to be. The previous day, they received a call asking them to report to the hospital for an unexpected birth.
Due to an early diagnosis of the rare prenatal disease HELPP syndrome, her doctors had to induce her. At the conclusion of her pregnancy, Ghalichi was experiencing a number of symptoms, including severe nausea, blurred vision, and others. Thankfully, her doctors did not ignore them as normal even as she did.
Shortly after checking in at the hospital, she was admitted, a trip she also recorded on camera and later shared on her Instagram stories. The encounter, according to her, was the “hardest” one she had ever had.
Ghalichi posted a video of herself quivering in pain as doctors tried to induce labor a little while later. It had been more than eight hours since she had last changed. They arrived at the hospital at 8 p.m. on June 23.
At 5 a.m. on June 24, she and her doctor, Dr. Thais Aliabadi, discussed having the baby through a C-section. With each contraction, they noticed that the baby’s heartbeat was slowing.
Dr. Aliabadi promised to give it her all to deliver the baby, and she did so. After having their first child, daughter Alara, Ghalichi and Mir decided to name their second child after a suggestion made by her friend Kim Zolciak-Biermann.
She suggested naming their son Kash if they were expecting a boy so he could be called “Kashmir.” Their first child was a daughter. This time, since they had a boy, they decided on Kash. Kashton was the name Mir came up with, which he embraced.

In her Instagram stories, Ghalichi documented not only the birth but also her activities before and after. She talked about how nervous she was before giving delivery and how she prepared. The moment the hospital called her, she started getting ready for her stay there.
She put on makeup as soon as possible. Lilly claimed in one of her Instagram stories that “they don’t like glitz in the hospital anymore,” but she still looked stunning. She had her makeup done by Ella Vardanyan, and Brandon Palestino did her hair.
For their stay in the hospital, the couple had a lot of items packed in their car. After leaving the hospital with a healthy Kashton, she described her postpartum routine in her tales. Ghalichi revealed her postpartum body and skincare routine since she believed that showing vulnerability was not a bad thing.
