A woman named Kristina Charlotte Hirsch complained about actor Warren Beatty. She charged him with pressuring her into an unsuitable relationship in 1973, when she was still a minor.
Hirsch claimed that Beatty, who was 35 at the time, offered her “undue attention” when they first met on the set of The Parallax View. She claimed that the celebrity “repeatedly” praised the way she looked and gave her his contact information.
The woman claimed that Beatty kept calling her, taking her on road trips, and extending invitations to the hotel where he was staying. She added that the Golden Globe winner offered to help her with her homework and started talking about “virginity” in the process.
Hirsch was a “small kid” at the time, but according to the lawsuit declaration, Warren Beatty used his celebrity to corrupt Hirsch. It continues by stating that Beatty frequently “coerced s*xual contact” with Hirsch through the use of his position.
The woman reportedly referred to Beatty’s actions as “oppressive, rude, and horrible,” accusing him of “predatory grooming.” She claimed that he behaved “intentionally and with knowing disregard for [her] rights and safety.” Hirsch claimed that because she thought they had a “romantic connection,” she was “initially pleased” by Warren Beatty’s interest.
Kristina Charlotte Hirsch is currently suing for mental, emotional, and psychological suffering. She claimed that because of the encounter, she found it challenging to interact with “people in positions of power.”
