Vanderpump Rules returns for a new season this week. In the next episode, the group will be navigating life and new milestones. One of the cast members expected to return is Charli Burnett, an actor, model, and esthetician who also works at SUR.

In season 8, Charli Burnett made her Bravo debut, and her tenure has not been without controversy. In February 1997, the American reality star was born in Los Angeles, California. She studied at Barstow Junior College. Before joining the program, she used to compete in pageants.
She has crowned Miss South Bay USA in 2017 and made it to the final round of Miss California USA. In 2020, the Vanderpump Rules star opened up about her body transformation and emotional struggles. She stated in an Instagram post that she lost everything at the start of 2020, including her job, independence, and herself.
She stated, ”
“I fell into deep depression because I ate and drank every day. I had hit rock bottom. Then I had surgery, which helped my foot but was both mentally and physically exhausting. I gained 45 pounds and wondered if I’d ever be able to feel like “Charli” again.”
Charli went on to say that she was hesitant to share her story in the past because she was afraid of being judged and mocked. Charli’s friends, on the other hand, encouraged her to be more open and honest on the internet.
The Vanderpump Rules star went on to say that the experience taught her a lot about herself. She gained confidence and realized she was capable of accomplishing anything she set her mind to.
Charlie and Scheana Shay were initially close on the show, but later found themselves on opposing sides and lost contact. In November 2022, Charli posted a TikTok declaring that she dislikes everyone on the show and even called one of her co-stars a liar. According to the reality star, Scheana is a “f****** loser.”
In season 9, Scheana revealed her disagreement with Charli in an interview with Us Weekly, which shifted their relationship. She expressed her displeasure with the show and told the magazine that the reality star called her a bad friend months after she had a difficult birth.
The Vanderpump Rules star continued, saying:
“It was extremely irritating to see myself bowing to her and apologizing for not being a good friend when I was like, ‘Are you kidding me? I had HELP Syndrome and may have died while giving birth, and you’re claiming I wasn’t there?”
