Chris Heria has endured years of adversity that few people his age can say. Unbeknownst to most, the fitness expert prevailed in court over his son’s custody to visit him.

This victory came about as a result of years of legal wrangling, a rough fight, and the clearing of his name as an “attempted murderer.”
Heria, at just 19 years old, found out she was pregnant in 2011. He enrolled in a real estate school to get a license and better his girlfriend and their child’s lives to turn a new leaf. To win her as his wife, he proposed to his girlfriend. But she steadfastly declined.
The personal trainer decided against pursuing the matter further because he thought it would be ideal for his future child to grow up in a secure atmosphere. A few months later, the mother of his child called him back and issued a challenge: marry her or risk never seeing his child again.
She promised that even if he wouldn’t wed her, he would still be there for the child and take care of him. He tried to talk to her, but she cut him off right away.
He was forced to text the girl’s mother to inquire about the progress of her medical appointments. In response, the harassment claim would be filed, the caller informed the YouTuber’s mother. Hernia reasoned that he ought to hold off on getting legal counsel until his son was born.
Things started to become worse
While he waited for things to calm down, Heria went to Miami with his new girlfriend. They were ambushed by a horde of thugs while traveling. Heria, who had engaged in combat since he was a young child, hurt one of his attackers. The goons left him after threatening to find his home and kill him because of his tenacity.
A few months later, five police officers stopped Heria as he was making his way to work and detained him on suspicion of attempted murder.
Even though Heria was innocent of the charges, it still took her several court appearances and a substantial sum of money to clear her name. He traveled all over the world during the trial to stay healthy and spiritual. He acknowledges that the travel gave him a positive method to deal with the difficulties.

He was allowed to see his son Zen and was cleared of the attempted murder allegation. Only after he paid about USD 20,000 on a lawyer and struggled for more than two years to see his son was this possible.
Hernia spends time with Zen these days and frequently makes an appearance in his father’s workout videos. They are going to commemorate Zen’s ninth birthday on September 16, 2020. Hernia seems to be co-parenting his son with his baby mama, at least based on an Instagram photo he made in February 2016. The couple and their youngster were captured in the picture.
