Despite the fact that Malcolm, Funches’ child, is almost an adult, Funches finds it difficult to leave him at home alone. He acknowledged that they have a nanny on staff full-time.
Not because his child needed one, but rather because the cartoonist was concerned about what may happen if misunderstandings resulted in conflicts with people in positions of authority, including the police.
If things are out of control, you don’t want the police because you’re worried they’ll make things worse. They may need to use lethal force in order to establish peace and order as soon as feasible.
Funches claimed that he had always protected his child to prevent the occurrence of similar events. He also thinks that competent medical professionals should deal with comparable circumstances, not police officers.
Funches appears to have finally found someone he can rely on after raising his child by himself for a number of years. Last year, during the outbreak, he married Christina Dawn, his girlfriend. Unfortunately, the comic is the only way that most people are aware of Funches’ marriage.
The couple is secretive about their relationship, although Funches shared their first meeting in a tweet. They appear to have met through a dating app, and he even gave her a nickname.
After their nuptials, Funches joined Team Coco to talk about his covid wedding. In November 2019, the couple announced their engagement, and he admitted that getting married was the best decision he had made in a while. He claimed that they planned a small wedding as a result of COVID, which was also a “great excuse not to include racist family members.”
After his first marriage ended in divorce, Funches admitted that he had never intended to be married again. However, his quarantining with his fiance changed his mind, and he decided he wanted to live his life with her. Ron’s few social media posts show that the couple appears to be content with their marriage.
