Lena Kathren Headey, who was born in Hamilton, Bermuda, on October 3, 1973, had her first performing experience as a student at Shelley College. She was 17 years old when she made her Royal National Theater debut in a school play. She played a character in the 1992 film Waterland.
Headey has shown her acting range in roles ranging from fighters and action-oriented women in The Cave and The Brothers Grimm to a gay florist in Imagine Me & You.
