During the 2017 season of Scared Famous on VH1, AD Conde’s mother Erica encountered her ex-partner Safaree. The wedding of King’s mother and his former stepfather Safaree would also be featured on VH1’s Love and Hip Hop: New York.
The former couple’s journey toward motherhood would also be covered on the show. But in early 2021, the recording artist and Safaree would decide to divorce.
In May 2021, Erica filed for divorce from Samuels. In the past, Safaree dated Nicki Minaj, who performs as Superbass. Conde’s mother was also engaged to Bow Wow, another musician.
