He has never disclosed the reason behind the scar, however. He likes to keep his personal affairs a secret.
Damian may have acquired the mark since he served as an infantry soldier with the Canadian Armed Forces. He hasn’t however ever spoken about it.
Damian claims that he enlisted in the army while already working as an actor in one of his Times Radio appearances.

Damian is close to his mother Kelly and has two brothers named Maximus and Julian Romeo.
