In 2017, Carlo Trinchero wed Stephanie Will, his five-year partner. However, claiming “irreconcilable differences,” the pair announced their intention to divorce in June 2022.
Stephanie, Carlo’s estranged wife, requested a restraining order citing the couple’s most recent arrest. In a court petition, she requested the extension of a prior protection order that had run out of time in October.
She said that Carlo kept drugs and weapons in the same house as their two and three-year-old kids.
Because of his domestic violence arrest on May 15, 2016, when he slammed his wife into a closet, resulting in her bleeding and needing medical treatment, Carlo is not allowed to own firearms, according to the restraining order.
A visiting paramedic was also assaulted and threatened by him when they were at their St. Helena house. In February 2017, after entering a no-contest plea to the accusations of domestic abuse, he was given a six-month jail term and three years of probation.
