Jennifer Aniston has reportedly been fighting insomnia since her 30s, according to Marca. Jennifer Aniston has said that she regularly has trouble sleeping.
The 54-year-old actress has always had trouble sleeping, but it wasn’t until lately that she shared how regularly she fears that she won’t be able to do so, which causes her anxiety at night.
The Morning Show Actress reportedly said, “I fear spending another night counting cracks in the walls.”
As she continued, “You just don’t start to feel the effects of a lack of sleep when we’re younger because we’re so invincible.”
The former Friends actress said that the more she ‘worries’ about falling asleep, the harder it is for her to do so. She even acknowledged that she has sometimes been known to sleepwalk.
She acknowledged to People that the more she frets about it, the harder it is for her to fall asleep.
