Arline, a 2020 graduate of Shoreham-Wading River High School, was a three-sport letter winner in basketball, football, and lacrosse.
He was an All-County, All-State, and three-time quarterback in football in New York. In his senior year, Xavier was selected for the First All-State football team.
He won All-America, First-squad All-State, and First-Team All-Long Island honors during his senior year of lacrosse in addition to being a four-time all-county attackman for the Shoreham-Wading River squad. Arline played in 5 games as the starting quarterback when he was in the Navy. He played in six lacrosse matches in spring, starting four of them, and as of right now, he is the backup quarterback heading into the fall.
Navy upset #6 Army 12-11 in overtime in the Lacrosse Star Game at West Point, mostly due to Xavier’s five goals and three assists. Arline has earned two varsity letters.
