According to police, a famous TikTok video depicts a Colorado man shouting prejudiced, racist statements about other customers at an East Bay In-N-Out Burger, prompting his arrest for breaching California’s hate crime legislation. Jordan Douglas Krah, 40, is charged with two charges of perpetrating a hate crime, according to the San Ramon Police Department.San Ramon Police Chief Denton Carlson said on Twitter that one of the persons in the video had contacted them through social media.
On Monday afternoon, San Ramon Police seized Krah and booked him in the Martinez Detention Facility after an investigation into the two victims. Krah was booked at the Martinez County Jail and brought into jail about 4 p.m. local time on Monday.
