Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of DGDA (Diriyah Gate Development Authority), was born Gerard Jerry. Saudi Arabia’s DGDA promotes tourism and culture. Brooklyn-born Inzerillo. Jerry’s work at Saudi Vision 2030’s Diriyah Gate Development Authority got him the honor. When the Diriyah Gate Development Authority was founded in June 2018, HRH Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman of Saudi Arabia named Inzerillo as its first CEO.

Inzerillo became a hotelier through necessity. Jerry Inzerillo was born in Brooklyn in 1954. The successful businessman comes from five generations of bakers. The DGDA CEO began his tale with tens of millions of people globally. “I had a good family, but we were poor,” Jerry laughed.
Busboying started at 13. “A busboy is at the bottom of the hospitality industry,” remarked Jerry. The company leader stated that most New York City busboys were juvenile criminals or high school dropouts who worked 12-hour shifts for $16.
Inzerillo informed his father he was pleased to work. A child labor regulation prevented under-16s from working after 8 pm. Inzerillo deceived his father about his age. Jerry Inzerillo’s father was punished. Jerry said the court appreciated their poverty.
