According to gym security footage obtained by TMZ, one man allowed the other into the facility before the beating, suggesting a conspiracy to harm the musician. A member at South Florida L.A. Fitness uses his phone before opening a door and inviting someone in.

Rafael Medina Jr., Octavious Medina, and Anthony Maldonado were arrested for assaulting Tekashi 69 at a South Florida L.A. Fitness sauna. Surveillance video showed them heading straight for him as they entered the gym. The accused may be linked to Tekashi’s federal court gang members.
The males went to the bathroom after talking to the front desk worker and were brutally assaulted. The gym staff immediately informed the management of the occurrence. Police and EMS arrived and took him to the hospital via ambulance.
The rapper’s leap, which left him bleeding and injured, was posted online. Hernandez was seen in the gym restroom as at least two guys kicked and twisted his hair. Social media spread the video.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rafael Medina Jr., 43, Octavious Medina, 23, and Anthony Maldonado, 25, for beating and robbing the rapper at an L.A. Fitness in Lake Worth on March 21. The accused were processed and jailed Thursday night.
The source said the internet uncovered one of the persons named in the terrible attack. He ordered them to videotape him stomping on his purported ex-client to convey a message.

According to TMZ, Rafael Medina, Jr., Octavious Medina, and Anthony Maldonado were detained for beating and robbing the New York rapper. The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office said Thursday that Tekashi 6ix9ine was assaulted and robbed at a Palm Beach County L.A. Fitness on March 21.
Lance Lazzaro, the rapper’s attorney, said the incident caused face damage. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office reported the attack at L.A. Fitness on Lantana Road in Lake Worth. It would be interesting to watch whether he maintains his training routine when his assailants are imprisoned.
