Two Clear Creek Deputies, Andrew Buen, and Kyle Gould Arrested For The Murder Of Christian Glass
According to court records, both individuals have been charged with felonies for their alleged participation in the June 2022 murder of Christian Glass.
Gould was charged with criminally negligent homicide along with additional offenses, while Buen was accused of second-degree murder.
Buen and Gould, who are currently detained in the Gilpin County jail, were also sacked by CCSO.
The victim called 911 for assistance after getting his car trapped on a mountain road close to Silver Plume during the incident. To help him, two deputies were sent.
But sadly, the victim passed away in the middle of the street. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office conducted the investigation, which is still ongoing.
Due to the victim’s citizenship—Glass—the investigations and subsequent criminal proceedings differ between the governments of New Zealand and Britain.
The officer claimed that while holding a knife in a position that seemed he was about to stab them, Glass died in the front seat of his automobile.

But after some time passed, Glass emerged from the house with the knife because he was frightened of being shot by the police. According to the autopsy report, one of the policemen shot six times in self-defense as he approached them while displaying the blade.
