Nomarata Formerly known as Nikki Haley, American politician Nikki Haley served as South Carolina’s 116th governor from 2011 until 2017.
She belongs to the Republican Party and held the position of 29th American ambassador to the UN for two years, from January 2017 to December 2018.
She made history by being the first Indian American to serve in the presidential cabinet. Haley was born in Bamberg, South Carolina, and graduated from Clemson University with a degree in accounting.
She worked in her family’s clothing company before entering politics, and she subsequently served as president and treasurer of the National Association of Women Company Owners.

Are the parents of Nikki Haley foreigners? It is true that Nimarata Nikki Haley, better known as Nikki Haley, is an immigrant.
Ajit Singh Randhawa and Raj Kaur Randhawa, her parents, emigrated to the US from Punjab’s Amritsar District in India.
Her mother received her law degree from the University of Delhi, while her father was a professor at Punjab Agricultural University before moving to the United States.
Since she was a little child, Haley was addressed by her middle name, Nikki, which is a Punjabi name that means “little one.”
