Nick was detained in Clearwater, Florida, early on November 18, 2023, on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to police records. According to the arrest report, Nick was captured by Clearwater Police officers. They were conducting a drive-through checkpoint on Gulf to Bay Boulevard.
Notably, Florida law mandates motorists to safely change lanes or slow down while approaching stationary law enforcement officials. In addition, Nick exceeded the 40-mph speed limit. One of the cops eventually pulled him aside after smelling a strong odor on his breath. Furthermore, his balance was askew, and his eyes were blood-red. Ultimately, the cops nabbed him for DUI.
