James Greenway and Jordan Greenway were reared by their mother alone. When Jordan was three years old, his father, James, abandoned the family.
Jordan never knew his father or had any family time with him. Shannon provided her boys with love and support even in the absence of their father. Jordan received regular encouragement from her to pursue his hobbies, whether or not they involved athletics.
Jordan inherited Shannon’s passion for hockey. He started playing hockey at a young age, and many saw his talent right away. Soon, coaches saw his talent. He began playing hockey in Canton, New York, before moving to Minnesota to attend high school. The Minnesota Wild selected Jordan at the end of 2015.

On February 16, 1997, Jordan Greenway was born in Canton, New York, to Shannon and James Sullivan. When Jordan was a little child, his father abandoned the family, leaving Shannon to raise Jordan and his brother by himself. For her boys, Shannon became both their mother and father.
Jordan was born when she was barely 20 years old, and she was working as a waitress and bartender to support her family while also attending Canton College. Shannon was determined to support her children and ready to become a mother despite the challenges.
Shannon was a single mother, yet she never complained or felt sorry for herself. Rather, she took the issue head-on, determined to give her kids the best possible existence. She gave her boys what they needed to succeed by working hard and making sacrifices. Her tenacity and support enabled Jordan to develop into the successful NHL player he is today.

JD Greenway, Jordan’s younger brother, aspired to play ice hockey like his older brother. JD is two years Jordan’s junior as he was born in April 1998. He received his diploma from Ann Arbor, Michigan’s Pioneer High School.
The Toronto Maple Leafs selected JD 72nd overall in the third round of the 2016 NHL Draft. He did not, however, enjoy the same level of success as his brother Jordan. JD continued his hockey career in 2021 when he inked a two-year contract with the AHL Bruins.
Jordan Greenway’s Wife and Family
Jordan Greenway doesn’t even have a wife; he is single. Moreover, he is unmarried and not in a relationship. He is not married and does not currently have a girlfriend, despite the possibility that he has had failed love relationships in the past.
