For over a decade, David Costabile has been married to Eliza Baldi. They had both worked in the entertainment industry for a long time before the meeting.

It’s unclear when Costabile and Baldi first met, but by the end of the decade, they’d already started talking about marriage. They got engaged on Friday, July 22, 2011. The only thing they say about how it happened on their wedding registry website is that they were in San Francisco.
A little more than a year later, the wedding took place. According to their registration, the couple married on June 16, 2012, at Kings Oaks Farm in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, in front of their family and friends. It’s worth noting, however, that their wedding date is June 25, 2012, according to IMDb.
The “last moment of Fellini’s Amacord” inspired their wedding theme. The celebration was capped off with a family-style outdoor Italian meal in the middle of a field. Costabile and Baldi desired to have children as soon as possible. Their first child, Lucy Rae Costabile, was born in July 2015. Their second child, Julia Grace Costabile, was born in March 2017. After Julia was born, the family of four traveled to Ireland. Baldi joked on Instagram on August 10, 2018, about having to carry her daughter’s favorite doll to the bar when she needed a drink.
“Vacationing in Ireland with a one-year-old simply means bringing dolly to the bar,” she wrote alongside a photo of a pink-dressed doll holding a large glass of Guinness and some peanuts. Neither parent has made any recent postings about their children. The family lives in New York’s Brooklyn neighborhood.
David Costabile had met his match in the business
Despite not being a household name in Hollywood, Costabile is a seasoned professional. He’s done everything: movies, TV shows, and plays. When things got tough for the Good Wife actor, an MFA graduate of New York University, he even taught acting. If he is a master of his trade, his wife is almost certainly better than him.
She is unquestionably more accomplished than him, at least on paper, as she also holds an MFA from New York University. If Costabile has done it all in terms of acting, Baldi has done it all in a broader sense: she has stage directing experience as well as teaching acting, directing, and text analysis at prestigious institutions, including the one from which she graduated.
Her teaching and directing resume far outnumber his, and her stage experience is likely to do the same. Throughout the years, she has given him sound advice. Recalling one of them, Costabile stated that Baldi advised him to always be prepared to seize his luck if it came his way.
