Perry Saturn witnessed two men raping a woman earlier in 2004 while driving his fiancée to work. He stepped in and confronted the perpetrator as a former Army Ranger, ultimately saving the woman’s life.
During the altercation, the two men used a. 25-caliber revolver to shoot Perry twice in the neck and once in the right shoulder. This event, on the other hand, drastically altered his life. As a result of the tragedy, he now has a steel plate and three stainless steel screws in his neck.
Furthermore, to cope with the physical suffering, he became addicted to methamphetamine. Worse, he was homeless for two and a half years. In the face of such a terrible situation, he withdrew from the public eye as well as from his friends and family. He reappeared in 2010 after overcoming addiction and adversity.
