The American football player O.J. Simpson, sometimes known as Orenthal James Simpson, was the father of Aaren Simpson. Regretfully, Aaren passed away in 1979, two years after his birth in 1977. As O.J.’s youngest daughter and a celebrity child, Aaren’s brief life has, nevertheless, always piqued the interest of the media.

An accident at home claimed Aaren’s life. It happened when Aaren was left alone for a moment while her family was enjoying themselves in their backyard. Aaren was discovered unconscious in the pool after some time, and all attempts to revive her were unsuccessful.

Even though the incident happened decades ago, a lot of O.J. Simpson’s supporters and well-wishers are curious about it and Aaren.

Born the youngest of three siblings, Aaren Simpson

On September 24, 1977, in Los Angeles County, California, Aaren Lashone Simpson was born to her mother Marguerite L. Whitley, and her father O.J. Simpson. She was Simpson and Marguerite’s youngest child. Arnelle L. Simpson, 54, and Jason Lamar Simpson, 52, were her two singlings.

In their different ways, her siblings are also doing well. Arnelle, her elder sister, used to work for rapper Hash. In addition, he produced a few fashion shows.

Jason, her brother, is now a chef, though. He is the executive chef at Atlanta’s Golden Eagle and Muchacho restaurants at the moment.

Jason, Her Brother’s Suicidal Tendency

Did you know that Jason, the son of O.J. Simpson, had a difficult upbringing following his parents’ divorce? The famous child attempted to end his life as a result. According to accounts, Simpson made multiple attempts at suicide while still a teenager.

He even attempted to chop his arms once. Fortunately, though, nothing untoward could occur at that moment. As of right now, Jason, Aaren’s brother, is living a prosperous personal and professional life.

How Was Aaren Simpson, the Daughter of O.J. Simpson, Killed? Her Cause of Death

In 1979, Aaren Simpson was discovered asleep in a family pool at the age of two. According to the documentation, Aaren’s mother dragged her out of the swimming pool and brought her to the UCLA Medical Centre in Los Angeles. On August 26, 1979, eight days after her admission, O.J. Simpson’s 23-month-old daughter passed away. Her birthday was barely one month away.

Billy Williams, the hospital’s spokesperson, made the announcement on August 27 on behalf of the hospital administration. According to her, Aaren’s respiratory insufficiency caused his death.

O.J. Simpson, the girl’s father, released a statement on the family’s behalf in the meanwhile, saying:

“My sincere gratitude and appreciation are extended to everyone throughout the country whose kind acts of well-wishes, cards, phone calls, and prayers kept our family going.”

Simpson’s Cemetery in Aaren

Simpson’s daughter Aaren is buried in Culver City, Los Angeles County, California, according to Find a Grave. When she passed away, she was one year old.

In addition, Aaren Simpson’s daughter was survived by her parents and two siblings at the time of her death.

Even before Aaren passed away, her parents had separated.

O.J. Simpson and Marguerite L. Whitley, Aaren’s parents, were infatuated in high school. Following a brief courtship, on June 24, 1967, Simpson, then just 19 years old, wed Whitley. They were blessed with three children and enjoyed a happy marriage for over ten years.

However, since O.J. began to establish himself as one of the top NFL players, his marriage has begun to falter. Simpson’s rising stardom finally brought an end to their marital relationship in March 1979.

In an interview with People magazine shortly after their divorce, Simpson claimed that his marriage to Marguerite was suffering as a result of his rising stardom. There, he stated:

Our greatest issue was the cost of celebrity. Even though my wife is a private person, we can’t just go down the street without making a scene.

When O.J. Simpson and Marguerite lost their two-year-old daughter Aaren, they were already divorced.

The parents of Aaren Simpson both got married again.

Following their divorce in 1979, O.J. and Marguerite were remarried. Since her first marriage ended, Marguerite has been married again. In 1986, Marguerite married Rudolph Lewis, a transportation supervisor, for the first time. Lewis and she had a brief marriage that ended in 1991.

She wed Anthony Thomas, a sales representative for furniture, in 1992. After divorcing her first husband, Marguerite has kept her lifestyle under wraps from the press. Therefore, it is unknown as of right now whether she and Thomas are still together.

Conversely, O.J. Simpson, Aaren’s father, wed Nicole Brown, a nightclub waitress. While Simpson was still wed to his first wife, they began dating. Numerous internet tabloids claim that one of the primary reasons for their divorce was his relationship with Brown.

Two children were born to AD Simpson and Brown: a son named Justin Ryan Simpson and a daughter named Sydney Brooke Simpson. A few years after the couple’s second kid was born, they divorced as well. Nicole Brown and her girlfriend were discovered fatally stabbed outside her Los Angeles home in 1994.

O.J., the father of Aaren Simpson, received a 33-year prison sentence.

After O.J. Simpson’s second wife passed away, his life was never the same. Nicole Brown Simpson, his second wife, allegedly passed away in 1994, two years after their divorce, and he was charged with her murder.

He entered a not guilty plea during the 1994–1995 trial, but he was found guilty in a civil suit for wrongful death that followed the criminal trial. The court ruled that he must reimburse the family of his ex-wife Nicole’s pal Ron Goldman with millions of dollars.

However, he was taken into custody for armed robbery, kidnapping, and assault shortly after, in 2007. And this time, O.J., Aren’s father, received a 33-year prison term.

He was granted parole in 2017 and has stayed quiet ever since. In 2017, sister Arnelle Simpson, the late Aaren’s eldest half-sibling, provided testimony in support of their father’s release.
