Eva Mendes appears to be subtly suggesting that she and Ryan Gosling, the protagonist of The Notebook, may get married. In an interview with Today Australia on Thursday, November 17, the Hitch actress referred to Gosling as her “spouse” when asked about her time in Australia. She supported the Ronald McDonald House charity on the broadcast.
Mendes, 48, stated that she felt accepted in Australia and relished spending time with her two children and ‘husband’ Ryan.
She also stated:
“I’m enjoying myself immensely here. Everyone has been incredibly kind and welcoming. My spouse, Ryan, has arrived… And now that our children have come, we are living our best lives.”

Mendes and Gosling, both 42 years old, have never publicly acknowledged their long-term relationship, despite the fact that their relationship status has been contested for years and allegations persist.
Finally, on November 17, the actress of Ghost Rider acknowledged her marriage to the actor of The Gray Man, with whom she shares two daughters, Esmeralda, 8, and Amada, 6.

On November 15, 2022, Eva Mendes displayed her ‘de Gosling’ tattoo on her wrist in an Instagram photo.
The tattoo, which has Cuban roots, maybe a reference to a Cuban tradition in which women add their husband’s name to their maiden name by inserting the preposition ‘de,’ which means ‘of.’
Fans believed the couple had been married for a long time after Eva Mendes revealed that she had gotten the tattoo a long time ago but only disclosed it now because she was a “mysterious” woman.
