Two suspects, Tanuphat “Por” Lertthaweewit and Paiboon “Robert” Treekanchanana, were charged with many violations and entered guilty pleas, including operating a boat without a valid license, polluting in the river, and being a boat captain without a valid certificate.
The other four suspects, Itsarin “Gatick” Jutha Suksawat, Phim “Em” Thamtheerasri, Nitat “Job” Kiratisut Sathorn, and Wisapat “Sand” Manomairat, all refuted the accusations made against them.
Considering that Por and Robert had previously denied all allegations throughout the case, which lasted a whole year, Panida, Nida’s mother, was taken aback by their admissions.
Tangmo’s mother first filed murder charges against him, but those allegations were ultimately withdrawn. In retaliation, Tangmo’s manager, Sand, is suing her for 40.8 million baht.
