Due to her “mental pain” brought on by her estranged husband Kanye West’s Instagram shenanigans, Kim Kardashian has filed new court documents requesting a judge to dissolve her marriage as soon as possible.
In fresh court documents acquired by TMZ and Page Six, Kardashian disclosed:
“I want to get divorced badly.” I asked Kanye to keep the details of our divorce private, but he refused. On social media, Kanye has disseminated a lot of false information about our personal matters and co-parenting, upsetting our emotions.

In February 2021, Kardashian and West filed for divorce after six years of marriage. The four kids she and West have are North, 8, Saint, 6, and Chicago, 4. see Psalm 2. More than a month after West’s online rants started in January, the court documents were submitted.
The rapper initially took to Instagram to express his outrage that Kardashian attempted to kidnap their daughter Chicago on the occasion of her fourth birthday despite being barred from attending the celebration.
West once more brought his accusations against Kardashian to the public’s attention at the beginning of February. West sought suggestions from his followers on Instagram about what to do about his daughter North using TikTok without his permission.
He also released a statement at the time in which he claimed Kardashian had “put a hit out on her.” On February 13, West posted a picture of a conversation with Pete Davidson, whom he calls “Skete,” and vowed that Davidson would never get to see the children he has with Kardashian, who has been dating the SNL star since October 2021.
Once more, the rapper violated the privacy of his estranged wife by posting on Instagram pictures of Kardashian pleading with him to stop putting Davidson in “dangerous and horrific” circumstances.
He pleaded with followers not to physically harm “Skete” in the post’s caption. West has since deleted all of the tweets that have generated substantial backlash since January, though.

Kanye West asked Kim to avoid removing assets from any trusts, and Kim complied. Since their prenuptial agreement divides all of their convictions and other assets, the KUWtK alum noted in the paperwork that she would not need to do so.
In order to get the issue of custody resolved in court, West also demanded for the first time that Kardashian “waive all marital advantages should she remarry.” Kardashian’s lawyer answers the request in the most recent filing, saying:
It is obvious that Mr. West wants to prevent or make it impossible for Ms. Kardashian to get married again.
Kim Kardashian’s team claims that Kanye West’s lawyers are having “challenges in communicating” with him. This corroborated Kardashian’s assertion from earlier this month on Instagram that West hired three attorneys after filing for divorce a year earlier.
Following the filing, Kardashian urged a judge to reinstate her single status, claiming that doing so would let her “move ahead on a better road” and facilitate an easier and more relaxed co-parenting relationship with West.
I’ve come to the conclusion that there is no way to save our marriage, even if I wish it had worked out. Although Kanye does not concur, it appears that he has come to the realization that I want to end our marriage even if he does not.
The following was stated:
“I respectfully ask that the Court restore my status as a single person so that I may start the healing process, so that our family may start the healing process, and so that we can move forward in this new chapter in our lives.”
In his assertion that Kim Kardashian accused him of “putting a hit on her,” Kanye West said, “They toy with the lives of black males like that.”
In light of the statements made by his soon-to-be ex-wife Kim Kardashian in court documents, Kanye West hasn’t made any public comments.
