Adele, the English singer, gushed about her sports agent fiancé, Rich Paul, on the September cover of Elle magazine. The 34-year-old actress claimed in an interview published on August 15 that she is “as happy as she’ll ever be” with her 40-year-old boyfriend and has plans with him.
“I’ve never been so in love before. I am head over heels in love with him. I strongly desire to have more children. I am a matriarch and a housewife, and having a stable lifestyle aids my singing.”
When Paul inquired about her enormous ring, she also addressed rumors of an engagement. The singer expressed her wish to remarry but denied being engaged or wedded to her current partner.
“Well! Well. I’m not married, after all. I’m completely in love! I am as satisfied as I will ever be. I should probably be married. I’m not married. Boy, I enjoy high-end jewelry!”
Adele and Rich Paul confirmed their romance in 2021 after the singer’s divorce from Simon Konecky was finalized.
Where initially did Rich Paul and Adele meet?
Rich Paul revealed in a May 2021 New Yorker article that he was dating a “famous pop artist,” but did not say who. He also stated that he was single at the time. Their affair became shockingly public in July 2021, when they attended a Phoenix Suns game together.
People and Insider sources later confirmed that the singer and Rich Paul had been dating for several months and were traveling between New York and Los Angeles.
In 2021, during an appearance on Adele’s One Night Only on CBS, the Grammy-winning singer described how she met Paul.
“We first met on the dance floor during a birthday party. We eventually met after a few years. We went out to dinner for a business meeting, he claims, to which I answer, “A business meeting about what?” Then it was our first time socializing independently. Without friends, I believe it was a natural way for people to interact in person.”
After news agencies confirmed their relationship, the Hello singer published a black-and-white photo of herself with Rich Paul on Instagram. During the same CBS program, the singer extolled her partner and explained why she is so enamored with him.
“He is quite humorous. He is humorous. And highly intelligent. Extremely brilliant. The effortlessness with which he performs his feats is simply astounding.
In May 2022, the couple celebrated their first wedding anniversary by posing in front of a residence that appeared to have been purchased jointly. Adele and Paul both mentioned having further children during an E! News interview in June 2022.
