He was struck across the neck on a second down play at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium, and as a result, he landed awkwardly, causing the game to be stopped with two minutes and 55 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter.

Trainers gathered Gage after he was hurt, and players from both sides kneeled to attend to him.

The wide receiver was also seen on the broadcast wiggling his legs while trainers attended to him, but he was rendered immobile and carried off the field.
