Following a time of silence, Akbar decided at the end of the previous year to have a second cosmetic treatment with Atlanta plastic surgeon Dr. Curves.
Later, Akbar shared on Instagram her recovery process after cosmetic surgery, but those posts have since been taken down.
“I haven’t popped out; I wanted to be transparent with my fans about my surgery, which is why I’m showing the hard and difficult parts,” she said in response to a fan.
When a fan inquired about Akbar’s sleeping posture, she said, “On my stomach, my head is cramped up.”
When she was recovering, she stated that she was still “swollen” and that she needed a “hug and some painkillers.”

Along with calling her “a good kid,” “small,” and “funny,” Akbar V also said that her daughter Dora did not deserve what she was going through and that she was fighting for her life in the hospital.
