The well-known producer and radio personality has spent months posting on social media about his health problems. He even made it known that he was preparing for surgery in July. However, he did not go into extensive depth regarding his difficulties.

As news of his health crisis spread, Al B. also got a lot of support from his peers in the business and well-known individuals like Snoop Dogg, Halle Berry, and vice president Kamala Harris.

Al has resumed his job and is now creating new music, penning a memoir, and launching a podcast. His most recent narrating credit was for the Loudmouth, a film about the Rev. Al Sharpton.

The 54-year-old radio DJ gave his first interview this week to FOX New York following a two-month coma.
