Julie works as a producer, writer, and director. Julie became quite interested in Hollywood because she was fascinated by her father’s line of work as an actor, but she never intended to follow in his footsteps.

In an April 2015 interview with The Guardian, Pacino acknowledged that having children has altered his outlook. He stated there:
Children have altered my viewpoint. I used to go about in my brain without noticing anything until I had my three. Acting used to be everything, but now that they are involved, it just plays a little role.
Furthermore, he acknowledged that he had never wanted his kids to be the center of attention, and he said that as a result, he had “not been in a grocery store or subway for years.” “It’s difficult for my kids to go out in public with me,” he continued.
