On July 3, 2023, he attained his highest ATP singles and doubles rankings of 394th and 87th, respectively, in the world.
By qualifying for the 2020 French Open and the 2018 Sydney International, the player showed skill and tenacity while making his debut in important competitions.
The athlete, who had performed well in his previous encounters, advanced to the final of the 2023 Open de Oeiras II, a Challenger competition.
Due to this accomplishment, Vukic was able to debut in the top 100 rankings on May 22, 2023, at the 95th spot in the world.

Even before the athlete was born, Aleksandar Vukic’s parents and brother, Vladimir, moved to Sydney amid the tumultuous breakup of Yugoslavia in the early 1990s.
On an SOS aircraft that was also escaping the violence, Alex’s father had to pose as a member of another family.
While this was going on, the athlete’s mother and brother had to leave the country early and sought safety in Sydney with other girls and kids.
They had to go because, in Yugoslavia, guys who turned 18 had to enlist in the military.
Aleksandar Vukic’s parents made the decision to go to Australia and begin a new life there in order to safeguard their family.
Rad was terrified of being coerced into the war and putting his life in danger.
Their family was then based in Sarajevo, the epicenter of the violence. They wanted to stay as far away from the action as they could, both as victims and participants.
The family managed to get visas and relocate to a new nation despite overcoming several obstacles.
When the family moved to Australia, Rad fell in love with tennis
He helped Alex pursue a career in the sport and taught him how to play.
The athlete played rugby, football, tennis, volleyball, and other sports throughout his youth.
He was more interested in tennis, however.
The sportsman said in an interview that he used to follow after his father and sibling while they played and catch the balls.
Aleksandar Vukic’s parents had to leave their house with nothing and just $1,000 to feed themselves.
In the twenty-five years after Aleksandar Vukic’s parents left Yugoslavia, they overcame numerous difficulties.
But through perseverance, his mother and father also achieved success as computer engineers.

The Australian tennis star has a brother called Vladimir who is elder, as was previously reported. He is six years Alex’s senior and was born in Bosnia.
Vladimir began playing tennis when he was eleven years old, much as his younger brother did.
Given that both brothers played tennis, it served as a source of rivalry and inspiration for them to exceed one another.
He has, regrettably, had health issues all of his life. Since the age of barely one-year-old, he has suffered terrible asthma.
Vladimir had health issues, yet he continued to stay active despite them.
Currently employed by a private equity business, he often supports his brother by showing up to and supporting him during his tennis matches.
The Vukic siblings have always supported and been an inspiration to one another throughout their lives.
