Wong’s husband, businessman Justin Hakuta, is Vice President of Products at GoodRx at the moment. On October 18, 1981, he was born in Los Angeles, California.
He is the son of Filipina Marilou Cantiller and Japanese-American inventor and well-known TV personality Ken Hakuta. Justin has two brothers, Kenzo and Aki Hakuta, in addition to himself.

Wong’s book Dear Girls: Intimate Tales, Untold Secrets and Advice for Living Your Best Life was published on October 15, 2019. She disclosed in the book that at the time of their marriage, her family wasn’t as wealthy as Justin’s. So, before the two said “I do,” Justin’s family made her sign a prenuptial agreement.
In her book, Ali also discussed her fear of signing the paperwork. But in the end, the prenuptial agreement was the best thing she had ever done for herself.
I signed an agreement that made it clear how much I couldn’t rely on my spouse, which gave me great motivation to earn my own money. That prenup terrified the shit out of me, yet my father always lauded “the gift of fear.” Ultimately, having to sign that prenuptial agreement turned out to be one of the best things that has ever happened to me and my work.
Ali said that she developed the book to serve as a manual for her two girls’ lives.
