All About Axel Disasi – Professional Footballer Of France National Team

Axel Disasi

Axel Disasi is presently a professional footballer for the Ligue 1 club Monaco. He was born in France, has Congolese ancestry, and is a member of the France national soccer team. Axel Wilson Arthur Disasi Mhakinis Belho was given the name Disasi at birth.

How did Disasi start his Professional Career?

Disasi, a product of the Paris FC junior team, made his professional debut in September 2016 with Paris FC B before being transferred to Reims.

After completing a transfer from Reims, he joined AS Monaco at age 22. After only three months with the club, then-manager Niko Kovac promoted Disasi to vice-captain.

According to Disasi, he is regarded as “the young, elderly guy,” a moniker he credits to his father, whom he describes as composed and savvy. According to him, his parents brought him up in a normal manner.

They shaped him into the man he is today by teaching him to be humble and diligent. He asserts that he always tries his utmost to win, but he also plays for fun.

Also, he plays under his surname, which is significant to him because he represents his family and people when he plays.

Disasi replaced Presnel Kimpembe on the French team

In the 2022 FIFA World Cup, Disasi will represent France. He replaced Presnel Kimpembe, who was selected for Didier Deschamps’ World Cup lineup but had to withdraw due to injury.

A few days before the World Cup, Paris Saint-Germain defender Kimpembe was ruled out due to his inability to recover from an injury. In 2018, Kimpembe was a member of the French team that won the World Cup.

He was accused of purposefully hurting Moroccan soccer sensation Amine Harit and was subjected to racial harassment.

During the Ligue 1 match, Disasi collided with Amine Harit of Morocco, resulting in severe ligament damage.

Before boarding the plane to Qatar, he was eliminated from the World Cup squad. The absence of a renowned Moroccan player at the World Cup greatly angered Moroccan supporters.

They attacked Disasi on social media primarily through unpleasant comments, especially racial ones. The insults and animosity were not only thrown at him but also at his family. He wrote about what transpired next on social media using Instagram.

Specifically, attacks on his family, prejudice, the publishing of his phone number, etc. are unacceptable and incomprehensible in 2022. Last night during his post-game interview, he used himself as an example of how frustration may lead to actions that one subsequently regrets.

“But, there are limitations, and it is still a sport,” he remarked. “I wish Amine the best of luck in this competition.”

Disasi revisited the matter in the news conference, stating that what happened to Harit on Sunday was terrible and tragic and that he could not imagine himself in his circumstances.

He continued by stating that he was scheduled to depart in a few hours when he injured himself.

He added that the racist hostility and criticism had not touched him personally and that he lacked the time to ponder on it. On the field, he guaranteed he would try not to think about it and that it would not consume his entire being.
