Frampton played music with The Little Ravens. At Bromley Technical School, Frampton and a three-year-old David Bowie performed in the band The Little Ravens. When he was 14 years old, Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones handled and produced both the Trubeats and the Preachers, which he later joined.
