All About Relationship Between DJ Stephen Boss And Allison Holker

Stephen Boss

Allison Holker is mourning the suicide death of her husband, Stephen Boss, on Tuesday. Holker and Boss celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary days prior to his passing.

The couple has three children together and planned to have more children. The relationship between Allison Holker and Stephen Boss began with a dancing program.

Allison Holker is saddened by the death of her So You Think You Can Dance-met spouse, Stephen Boss.

Before Boss committed suicide on December 13, the couple who met on the dancing show had been married for nine painful years. He was 40.

The dancers met for the first time during the seventh season of SYTYCD in 2010. Allison made the initial move, but Boss was completely unaware that his future wife was flirting with him.

In an interview in 2012, Boss admitted,

“She claims to have made the initial move,”

“I was absolutely unaware of it. I am quite obstinate.”

Holker also disclosed how she felt upon first seeing him, saying,

“I thought he was the prettiest boy ever on the first week of ‘SYTYCD’ as an All-Star. His character was extremely entertaining.”

After three years of dating, the couple tied the knot on December 10, 2013. They danced as a married couple to Adele’s song One and Only.

The newlyweds also astonished their guests by dancing to Somebody to Love by Justin Bieber.

They emphasized the significance of dance to their relationship. While dancing, we always end up smiling and laughing together.

“Regardless of the day’s events, we know we can check in with each other and dance, which makes everything disappear and is so much better.”

In 2008, Holker was already a single mother with an ex-husband. Boss adopted her daughter Weslie Renae later on.

The couple welcomed their first child together in March 2016, a son named Maddox.

Following the birth of her son, Holker posted on Instagram.

“Our MADDOX is like the beginning of all things – a source of awe, hope, and a dream of potential,”

Approximately four years after the birth of their first child, Maddox, the couple received their second child, a daughter called Zaia.

Their marriage appeared to be a happy one, but like other marriages, the pair experienced many ups and downs, especially during the COVID period.

However, the couple stated that they remained together and that the adversity strengthened their bond.

On December 10, the couple commemorated their ninth wedding anniversary by posting messages on their individual social media profiles.

Holker raved about her husband

“It’s our ninth wedding anniversary!! I couldn’t be happier to celebrate this amazing magical day!”

Saying YES to @sir_twitch_alot was one of the best choices I’ve ever made! I feel very fortunate and cherished!”

“I will never take you or OUR love for granted! “I LOVE YOU! Happy Anniversary! Boss Wedding 2013!”

Additionally, a former DJ commented on his Instagram account, “Boss.”

“Happy anniversary, my dearest @allisonholker!”

Allison was heartbroken when the news of Boss’s passing became public. She eulogized her deceased spouse, who battled mental illness.

She penned,

“It would be an understatement to say that he left a legacy, and his positive influence will continue to be felt.”

“I am positive there will never be a day when we do not commemorate his memory. During this difficult moment, we need privacy for myself and our three children.”

Allison ended her post with a heartfelt note to her deceased spouse.

“We love and miss you, Stephen, and I will always save the last dance for you.”
