How did Antawn Jamison start his Professional Career?
Jamison was selected by the Toronto Raptors with the fourth overall pick in the 1998 NBA Draft. He was later traded to the Golden State Warriors for Vince Carter, a former teammate and close friend from North Carolina.
Jamison spent the first five years of his NBA career with the Warriors, where he started his career. In back-to-back games against Seattle and the Lakers, both of which he won, he set a career-high with 51 points.
