During his incredible tenure as head coach at Oklahoma, Bob Stoops had a great impact on countless lives; current Arizona head coach Jedd Fisch is one of those individuals. Bob Stoops had a key role at the 2000 AFCA coaches convention in connecting Jedd Fisch to Amber Fisch, his future wife.
At the time, Amber was dating Grant Teaff, the executive director of AFCA, and the two got married a few years later. On February 8, 1976, Amber Mosley gave birth to Amber Fisch. She has resided in California, although her native state is Texas. Three girls, Zaylee Arnet Fisch (born November 10, 1998), Ashlee (born May 16, 2009), and Kendall (born December 20, 2011), are the offspring of Jedd and Amber Fisch.

In the Alamo Bowl on Thursday, the No. 14 Arizona Wildcats defeated the No. 12 Oklahoma Sooners 38–24. Even though they led 24–13 in the second quarter, Arizona (10-3, 7–2) rallied, taking significant advantage of six infractions. Arizona scored 28 points off turnovers thanks to their defensive mastery, earning the Wildcats their fourth 10-win campaign in program history. In front of 55,853 spectators at the Alamodome, Arizona’s defense gave up a season-high in yards and a string of 24 straight touchdowns, but they still made crucial plays.
Arizona has not won a bowl game since 2015, and this is their first season with ten wins since 2014. In addition, the Wildcats’ seventh straight victory tied a school record for the longest winning streak during the regular season. Arizona has now won six games against ranked opponents, which is a record for the institution.
