Canadian comedian Anthony Walker flies to support the Ukrainian military in the ongoing conflict with Russia. The 29-year-old military medic from the outskirts of Toronto has relocated to the Polish-Ukrainian border.
The phrase “Temporary Ukrainian” is now present on Walker’s Twitter account. He declared on Twitter on February 25 that he would travel to Ukraine to help those who were in need. A day after the crisis began, he tweeted.
Since then, the comic has traveled to Rzeszow, Poland; Amsterdam; Budapest; and, most recently, Medyka, a Polish city on the Ukrainian border. He was surprised to see how many volunteers had shown up to help in the midst of the Russia-Ukraine crisis when he got there.
In between tweets, Walker gave an explanation of why he decided to participate in the fight. He asserted that the conflict “affects everyone,” and he vowed to fight for Ukraine’s and his family’s right to freedom. In a photo posted soon after arriving in Medyka, the Canadian appears weary yet happy. To provide supplies to the Ukrainian Army, he was on his way.

29-year-old Anthony Walker is a married father of three kids, who are now aged 2, 5, and 7. About an hour away, in the Toronto suburbs, is where his family resides. After finishing high school, Walker worked in carpentry and construction, according to The Daily Beast.
In 2018, he applied to join the Canadian military but was turned down because of a low blood platelet count. As a result, he underwent training to become a medical responder in an emergency. His Twitter page is primarily used to share amusing videos that make fun of Donald Trump Jr. and other Trump administration supporters.
The satire of the anti-MAGA (Make America Great Again) movement by Anthony Walker is well recognized. His most popular video, which has received over a million views, features him traveling around a city imitating the MAGA throng in order to mock the “Million MAGA March.” He began his comedy career in June 2020 by posting videos on his Twitter profile.
The biggest significant ground battle in Europe since World War II broke out last week as a result of the Russia-Ukraine situation. Through sanctions on Moscow, the US and other Western allies have indirectly aided the country without openly providing military support.
Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, has meantime urged regular people both inside and outside the country to help on the front lines. He lost his job and is now working as a comedian full-time.
