The grieving father of April Jones has forgotten about his daughter’s horrible death since receiving a diagnosis for a rare brain condition.
Paul Jones, 49, needed to be reminded by his wife of the devastating loss of their cherished daughter. Five-year-old April was kidnapped and slain in 2012.
The 46-year-old woman’s wife, Coral, sobbed and asked, “How much more can my family take?” Coral has expressed her sorrow at her husband’s deteriorating memory.
Why the child had not visited Paul in the hospital baffled Paul. When Coral broke the news that their cherished daughter had passed away, Paul grieved.
Due to memory loss, Paul is oblivious of the night April was abducted and murdered by the evil Mark Bridger while she was playing with her bike.
When Coral, 46, noticed his daughter was in a family photo but didn’t know who she was, he was obliged to communicate the devastating news.
The upset mother explained how Paul initially struggled to recall April but eventually had to respond to the question of why she hadn’t visited him.

The slaying of April Jones
Six years after being abducted and murdered by pedophile Mark Bridger, Paul Jones was once again required to be notified of the passing of his daughter.
His memory of the previous ten years has reportedly been significantly diminished due to illness.
Ten years ago, the disappearance of the Jones family’s 5-year-old daughter April in the sleepy Welsh village of Machynlleth permanently altered their lives.
As word got out, the neighborhood banded together to start looking for the kid. It was soon obvious that she had been taken by a man driving a light-colored left-hand drive van.
Due to two witness reports, a local and former soldier named Mark Bridger was eventually arrested and charged of kidnapping and killing April.
What Happened to the Killer of April Jones?
Even though no one had been located, Mark Bridger was charged with kidnapping a child, murder, and attempting to obstruct justice after DNA evidence was recovered at his home.
He was charged with unlawful corpse disposal and concealment on October 8 when he appeared in court in Aberystwyth.
Despite entering a not guilty plea to the murder allegation, Bridger acknowledged that he was “probably responsible” for April Jones’ passing.
He claimed that because of his extensive drinking, he was unable to remember what he did with her body after he ran her over.
On May 30, 2013, Bridger was found guilty of kidnapping, killing, and tampering with the course of justice. He was sentenced to life in prison with a whole life order.
17 bits of bone were discovered in the fireplace of Bridger’s cottage even though her body was never found.
Bridger admitted to dumping April’s body in a nearby river to a prison chaplain while he was still being imprisoned at Manchester’s Strangeways prison.
