He is best known as the father of Sidharth Shukla (Indian Television Actor & Reality TV Star). Ashok is a private person who has never been seen journeying with his daughter Neetu Shukla, son Sidharth, and wife Rita Shukla.

Ashok obtained a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an engineering institution in Uttar Pradesh (B.tech). After completing his schooling, he worked in UP for several builders. After a while, he received a job opportunity from the Mumbai branch of the Reserve Bank of India. His complete family consequently moved to Mumbai, Maharashtra.
