Police said that Walls took off an ankle monitor he was supposed to wear 16 minutes before to the incident.
The author of Starts Right Here, Will Keeps, then approached Walls and attempted to guide him outside. Walls, though, managed to get away and brandished a weapon.
Then, Walls started firing repeatedly at Rashad Carr and Gionni Dameron. Court documents state that he chased after one of the victims and often shot him.
The police claim that surveillance cameras captured the incident. The shooting is still under investigation.
Authorities assert that the murders of Gionni Dameron and Rashad Carr were caused by an ongoing dispute between the gangs Gionni Dameron and Rashad Carr were part of.
