ASTRO’s Cha Eun-woo Leads The February Boy Group Member Brand Reputation Index

ASTRO’s Cha Eun-woo, the world’s most adored heartthrob, has topped the most recent edition of the Brand Reputation Index for individual members of K-Pop boy bands.

On February 19, 2023, the Korea Business Research Institute released the February edition of the index, which monitors and rates the popularity of male K-Pop celebrities over a four-week period.

Monthly brand reputation rankings are published by the Korean Business Research Institute for male and female K-pop groups, individual idols, K-pop soloists, variety stars, and general variety shows. The Korean Business Research Institute examined 117,196,162 brand big data points of 703 K-pop boy group members from January 18 to February 18, 2023, to identify the most popular K-pop boy group members for the month of February.

Since January, the big data of K-Pop boy band members has increased by 2.69 percent to 114,130,418 records. These rankings are based on a review of consumer engagement, media coverage, communication, and community awareness criteria.

Cha Eun-woo, the brilliant singer of ASTRO, rose above other K-Pop stars. Gangnam Beauty, My ID’s star, has a fantastic brand reputation score of 6,171,832. The artist’s popularity increased by 9.36% in February after beginning the year with a score of 51596515.52.

“Island, Dior, and photo exhibition” were Cha Eun-top woos three keywords in the keyword survey. In Eun-link woo’s analysis, “appear,” “release,” and “hold” were the most important linked terms. Furthermore, the idol/actor received an 83.50 percent positive rating in a positivity-negativity analysis.

Following ASTRO’s Cha Eun-woo was BTS’ Jimin, one of the world’s top K-Pop artists. The brand reputation index for Jimin was 6,121,650. Despite being dethroned as one of the most popular musicians in the most recent edition, Serendipity’s popularity has increased by 7.15% since January, when his brand reputation score was 5,713,172.

EXO Baekhyun came in third place. Baekhyun’s popularity has skyrocketed in the last month. In February, the idol’s brand reputation score increased by 131.07%, from 1297157.58 in January to 4,174,952. Kang Daniel of Wanna One maintained his fourth-place ranking with a brand reputation score of 4,102,572. Finally, BTS’ Jungkook, the Golden Maknae of K-Pop, rounded out the top five. Jungkook’s brand reputation index was 3,753,544.
