Austin Cowburn would have a protein-rich berry smoothie at breakfast. In the middle of the morning, he consumed three eggs scrambled with spinach. In the afternoon and evening, he would eat lean-meat chili, primarily turkey mince, with a variety of vegetables and rice. The vegetables included tomatoes, peppers, and other items.
In addition, he enjoyed a low-fat, high-protein yoghurt in the evening with a banana, honey, or chia seeds. In addition, he had a lovely steak every weekend. The runner claims that our nutrition has the biggest impact on our mindset, energy levels, and ability to train hard and give it our all. After that, he continued, “changing what I ate reminded me of the importance of a foundational diet.”
Exercise Programme for Austin Cowburn
The new Austin Cowburn is the result of a balanced diet and regular exercise. He exercised three times a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the gym. He enjoyed doing out first thing in the morning since it helped him get ready for the day. Austin ran four times each week in addition to working out three times per week, which revived his passion of the sport.
