Ben Savage and Tessa Angermeier walked down the aisle in February, barely one month after announcing their engagement, according to images that have recently surfaced.
Ben Savage is a married man! A guest at Ben and Tessa Angermeier’s wedding revealed the news in a recently unearthed February Instagram post in which she congratulated the newlyweds and posted photos from the wedding.
The caption stated,
“Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Savage, we couldn’t be happier for you guys.”
Other images from the 42-year-old Boy Meets World celebrity and Tessa’s wedding show them at the altar and posing with their wedding guests. Tessa smiled broadly as she walked down the aisle with her presumed father in one adorable photograph.
Tessa donned two wedding dresses on her wedding day. She came down the aisle in a plain, strapless gown with no embellishments and a floor-length veil with lace trim.
She donned a white flapper-inspired outfit and white sneakers for the reception. Her husband, meanwhile, appeared dashing in a classic black tuxedo and bowtie.
The actor and graphic designer began dating in 2018 and announced their relationship on Instagram in August of that year. In January, Ben announced his engagement to Tessa with a photograph of them standing on the grass surrounding a pond.
Tessa leaned into her fiance in the photo and placed her left hand on his chest, which was adorned with a beautiful diamond ring.
Ben captioned the post, which is displayed below, “The best is yet to come.” Tessa’s Instagram account is set to private, so it is unknown whether she announced her engagement on her own social media.
Ben’s 2023 has certainly gotten off to an eventful start, what with his engagement, wedding, and rekindled political career. One week after announcing his engagement, he announced his candidacy as a Democrat for California’s 30th Congressional District.
“I’m running for Congress because it’s time to restore faith in our democracy by providing realistic, imaginative, and compassionate answers to our nation’s most serious problems,” he stated in an Instagram post on March 6.
“And it’s time for fresh, committed leaders who can help advance our nation. “Leaders who wish to see the government running at full potential, unimpeded by partisan politics and special interests.” Adam Schiff, a Democrat, presently occupies the office for which he is competing.
Ben ran unsuccessfully for a seat on the West Hollywood City Council in 2022. According to his website, if elected to Congress, he hopes to “raise, improve, and expand access to healthcare, education, and housing.”
